Dr. Luo Xiang has over 20 years of outstanding leadership as a senior official at the United Nations, extensive international work experience, and localized execution capabilities. He currently serves as the Chairman of the ESG&Carbon Neutral Investment Steering Committee (SCECNI) of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, and is committed to supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Global Carbon Neutrality Ambition Program within the framework of the United Nations Sustainable Development Agenda. Focusing on providing strategic advices, special project fundraising, carbon neutrality investment, emission reduction technology, he also serves as an executing partner, fundraising partner, advisor, and technical support partner for the United Nations and other international organizations.

Mr. Huang Ping is the president of Shenzhen Urban Investment Hydrogen Industry Development Company and a member of China National Fuel Cell Standards Committee. He participated in drafting and formulating the national standard for fuel cells GB/T29838 "Fuel Cell Module".

Mr. Huang was one of the first hydrogen energy experts to return from Canada and organized the application and development of China's first fuel cell power system vehicle.

Ms. Ge Peifan (Silver Bauhinia Star and Justice of the Peace) is a member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council, a member of the Standing Committee of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong, and the Chairman of the Legislative Council's Environmental Affairs Committee.

Ms.Ge is committed to promoting Hong Kong's innovation and economic development. She has also established multiple non-profit organizations and professional groups, including the Energy Conservation and Environmental Concern Alliance, the Green Technology Alliance, and so on.
